We were traveling with kids for an 8-day stay while taking part in a chess tournament. We had booked Hotel Kewel Inn through Booking.com almost 45 days earlier, and Hotel Kewel Inn confirmed the booking by email. Then, just one day before check-in, they told us it wasn’t confirmed. The manager, Ravi, casually said, “booking got cancelled and stay in other hotels.” It’s very difficult to find a hotel at the last minute. Is this how customers should be treated? I’d give this kind of hotel management zero.

The staff wouldn’t cooperate or let us adjust our stay by even one hour. I wouldn’t suggest staying at this hotel.

The rooms are neat, but the service isn’t proper.

It’s a very budget hotel, okay for one person staying alone. I wouldn’t choose it for a family.

The staff behaved very rudely, and I was extremely dissatisfied with the service during my stay. They need training to give guests a better experience. I hope management addresses this and makes improvements.
