I had a really unpleasant stay at Hotel Vijay Vilas, Jalna. From the outside it looks decent, but inside the rooms were dusty and badly maintained, the bathrooms were dirty, and there was a bad smell as soon as I walked in. Staff were unresponsive and ignored basic requests more than once. Restaurant hygiene was unacceptable, and the food arrived cold and tasteless. There didn't seem to be proper management or much concern for guests' comfort. It wasn't worth the money, and I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place in Jalna.

We left Nashik late, so this worked out as a good place to rest on our road trip. Jalna seemed to be the only place with hotels just 12 km from the Samruddhi Expressway, while hotels in the other cities were 40 to 60 km inside. Our stay was excellent and the service very good. The hotel was better than some of the negative reviews made it sound. Thanks to the hotel staff and owner.

Cleaning was superb, and whenever I asked for the room to be cleaned, they put it back the way it was. The housekeeping team was supportive and easy to reach. Special thanks to Amol Sir and the team members.
