Staff were rude, careless, and seemed completely uninterested in helping. They ignored requests and showed no sense of responsibility or hospitality. We were left without blankets or pillows to sleep, even after asking several times. Those are basic things a hotel should provide. One of my worst hotel stays. It was disappointing and not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Avoid if comfort and basic service matter to you.

Staff were rude and wouldn’t adjust for an early check-in. Don’t book a room here, it was a terrible experience.

The manager handled things badly, and the service and management need to change. On Saturday and Sunday they charge an extra 3000. When we argued, they said to vacate the room immediately, then in the end told us to pay the full bill. The manager isn’t doing the job properly. People who are money-minded shouldn’t go there.

The road is very narrow, and there was no parking at the property. You have to try parking at Sri Murugan hotel, 300 meters away, if there’s space there. The rooms were good, though not excellent.

We first got room 205, but the fan regulator didn’t work and the table wasn’t clean. The bathroom was okay. They moved us to room 302, where the washroom was okay too, but the telephone still didn’t work, the table was covered in dust, and there was hair on the bedsheet. We arrived around 11Pm and didn’t change rooms again, so we made do. Rent 1200/- non room
