Looks can be deceptive here. Poor management overshadowed everything at our family gathering: what was promised at booking wasn’t delivered, and coordination was so bad that we spent our time chasing staff and fixing mistakes instead of enjoying the event. Mid-management made false commitments and showed little accountability or seriousness for a major ceremony. Maybe it’s fine for a casual stay, but I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it for weddings, parties, or important family events.

The restaurant was a letdown too, with a very limited menu, substandard food that was often stale, and unprofessional service. Staff seemed poorly trained and indifferent, sometimes rude, and responded to feedback by deflecting instead of taking responsibility. The rooms were damp, foul-smelling, and visibly affected by fungal growth, which is a serious health concern. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this one stands out for all the wrong reasons. As a doctor, I consider it a potential health hazard. Basic hygiene and food safety seem badly neglected. I hope the relevant authorities, including FSSAI, take notice of these serious lapses. This level of mediocrity is unacceptable and needs urgent attention.

I attended a wedding here recently, and this resort wasn’t suitable for a large gathering. The rooms are large but unmanaged, and extra bedding costs a very heavy amount. The manager was rude and unhelpful, and the poor management made a big event feel like a waste of money. The floors are uneven, so we had to be careful walking. Highly not recommended. The owner should change the management without a second thought to save the name.

The room, food, location, and service are all good, and it’s only a short distance from Main City Moradabad. Some companies offer coupons for this restaurant and homestay. Even after using a coupon, the service and food stay the same.
