We paid a high premium to book Villa 41 for a corporate event with 13 guests, expecting the quality that had been promised. The experience fell far short. The pool was so dirty we couldn’t use it, the table tennis rackets were broken, and the carrom board was uneven. Most of the entertainment facilities were unusable. There was little support from the caretaker, and we were told utensil cleaning would cost an extra ₹2000. If we didn’t order food from them, they wouldn’t even make basic tea. We had paid everything in advance, but there was no accountability or real effort to fix the problems. We even thought about leaving that night, but felt stuck after paying in full. The villa was in poor condition overall, and the false commitments made it feel like a scam with no value for the price. I’d avoid Villa 41. At this price, there are properties with genuine service.

The property was unhygienic, and the customer service was very bad. The kitchen had cockroaches, there was mold on the beds, and the toilets were unclean. For the money we paid, there was no service, and we didn’t receive what had originally been promised. The Stayvista people didn’t seem bothered by the complaints we raised. In the end they offered us 10k in compensation, but cheated us on that too. I fell sick after staying there and suffered for more than a week. Overall, a very bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it to tourists.

We came here for a family holiday hoping to have a good time, but the property is overhyped. Staying here felt like being in a hostel. I was very disappointed with Stay Vista, and honestly, I’d rather have stayed home.

The staff were extremely courteous and helpful around the clock, and their service made our stay a great experience. The amenities were amazing, the living felt luxurious, and everything was very clean.
