For the stay itself, this hotel was good. I booked it for one night in Lonavala. The trouble is with hot water: it’s available only in the mornings, so evening showers aren’t an option. Mornings can be a hassle here.

Our local travel and sightseeing went smoothly thanks to the organizer, who deserves special thanks. The staff were very helpful and courteous, and the rooms were well maintained with a lovely view of the surroundings. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Montana. Hospitality this good feels rare these days, and I’ll definitely come back.

We only came to the hotel for breakfast, and the service was really poor. Nobody responded, and the person taking our order forgot it and brought something else. We had to argue to get the right item. The sambhar was basically water. It wasn't worth the time or money, and I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Friendly, helpful staff and very good service. The rooms were clean and hygienic, especially for a budget hotel.

I stayed one night with my family. The rooms were small, and breakfast was not good at all, though the service was good. It was a satisfying stay overall, and you could give this hotel a try for a short visit.
