We booked the 2 BHK villa for two couples, but on the second day the adjoining room had been given to people drinking alcohol, while one room was assigned to seven people. It felt extremely unsafe for couples. The villa is far inside from the main road, which made staying there with family feel even less secure. We left that night for our safety and lost our money.

A well-kept swimming pool gave us a nice break between other activities. The place is compact, which kept everyone close together, and works well for two, three or four small families who want to get together and relax. Food may be cooked there or outsourced, depending on various factors. It’s very close to the old Mumbai Pune Highway at Valvan Dam.

The owner was very rude, the service was third class, and there wasn’t anyone available 24/7. The food wasn’t good either. Even though we’d paid in advance, staff started asking for payment as soon as we entered the villa. There was no drinking water, and rainwater was coming onto the dining table. I’d never recommend this property.

The view from the room was awesome, and nature lovers will enjoy it. The rooms were clean, which was a plus, but the service was poor and all of us were unhappy with it. One room’s AC and the geysers weren’t working, and basic amenities were missing. The kitchen was separate. Staff wandered freely inside our room while we were out, and even asked to borrow our charger for personal use. We were told breakfast was complimentary, but the lady asked us to provide ingredients for tea or coffee. Pool access was supposed to run until 10 pm, yet after two hours we were made to get out because other guests wanted to use it, though nobody ended up using it. Checkout was at 2 pm, but staff kept pushing us to leave by noon. We had to call the owner repeatedly, which felt awkward. Not great service.
