Hotel Beverly Palace Santacruz

A decent budget option for a short stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff polite and helpful, and check-in was smooth. It's conveniently located for getting around nearby and handling basic needs. Satisfactory for the price.

I've stayed at more than 100 hotels and never bothered to review one before, but this place was such a waste of money that I felt compelled to write. I booked a Deluxe Queen based on the reviews, then got a room about the size of my bathroom at home, with no window. I later came to think all the reviews were fake. The reception and staff were incredibly rude and had no manners. The room itself was awful too: torn bedsheets and a broken bathroom toilet seat. The charges were exorbitant. I wouldn't give this hotel even one star. Absolutely terrible.

The Beverly Place was a terrible stay. Mr. Reyaz and Ansari at reception were extremely rude and unprofessional, and the staff were rude in general. Two days before checkout, they deactivated our room key and wouldn't let us into the room over payment. I can't recommend staying here.

For Mumbai, the price is very affordable, and the hotel has very good rooms. I had a good experience overall. The location and entrance were the only things I didn't like.
