Hotel Park Victoria

When our accommodation suddenly lost its water supply, we arrived here in a stressful situation. The staff calmed us down and quickly gave us the best rooms available. It's a no-fuss hotel, and everyone treated us like family, helping with our questions as they came up. They also agreed to extend our time for a minimal cost. It's centrally located, and I think even women travelling alone can stay here without hassle. Five stars for the location and staff.

We booked through Make my trip and arrived around midnight. They showed us four rooms on the 1st Floor, all with water sewage and poor ventilation. I asked to see a room without sewage and they showed us one on the 5th floor, but it had no window. We accepted it, then in the morning found there was no airflow and the bathroom smelled a lot, so we moved to a bigger room. We upgraded to another room online and emailed photos of the rooms, walls and sewage on the outside walls. Hotel Owner Pradeep got angry and said we had posted the wrong photos. He misbehaved with us over the online complaint and told us to vacate immediately. I ordered Peper corn fry, but they served Chicken by mistake. When I complained at reception, they just said, “What can I do?” Please check the place before you stay.

We stayed as a group for a marriage. The rooms were very stuffy, and some had no windows or proper ventilation. Food was average. The location and price were the only good things.
