We held our kid’s birthday party here, and it was amazing. The team took care of every little detail, from the decor to the food and service, so we could really enjoy the day. Highly recommended!

I booked this place for the location, but a miscommunication came up and we asked to cancel. They initially refused, then told us to wait. After we waited a whole day, they denied us entry anyway, keeping our money for the three booked days without giving us a room. The price is high for such a sub par hotel, and the employees should show some humility and help when they're earning a living from others. The way my friend and I were harassed was awful. The behavior was pathetic and shameless, all just to make a little money. I wish the hotel employees and owners would have to go through a similar experience wherever they go. I'd give zero or negative stars if I could.

The rooms are dark, small and uncomfortable, with only bare minimum facilities for the price. The fridge didn't work, and there was no room service for tea, even when guests were willing to pay. The hotel and restaurant don't seem coordinated either: guests get sent back and forth, told to contact the restaurant or the hotel. The owner and staff came across as arrogant, as if this were a 5-star property, with little humility or customer service. I'd only choose it if I wanted to waste my money and ruin my stay.

The location near my friend's house was why I booked, and I had already paid for a confirmed room. But when I arrived, they refused to let me stay, gave no valid explanation, and didn't even apologize. The staff were rude and arrogant. I was left outside with my luggage, trying to find somewhere else at the last minute. It wasted my time, caused stress and extra costs, and showed no respect for guests. Avoid this place if you don't want your trip disrupted.
