We paid one day's advance to book 5-6 rooms for five days starting from the 20th. Even so, guests who arrived early at 5 AM were turned away despite having confirmed bookings. The rooms, ambience, amenities, and cleanliness were all below expectations. Very disappointing, with poor management and hospitality.

A good hotel for staying in Jammu's main market on Srinagar Road.

My wallet was stolen, and the receptionist was very rude.

The room was just okay, but it wasn't clean, and the food was poor. Tea was the only thing we liked. Don't order coffee. The location also makes a good night's sleep hard: truck horns were going off, or spoilt brats were making a nuisance with their luxurious vehicles.

We checked in at 10pm, after dinner service was meant to end at 9pm, but they still gave us dinner without charging extra. The staff were very polite, and I really liked them. The food was delicious. I'd love to visit again.
