The staff are polite and helpful, and the rates are reasonable. The rooms are okay too. The place looks like it has seen better days, but it’s still a good hotel.

The tea was bad enough to ruin my mood, and the food quality was horrible. A waste of money.

There was no electricity for hours last night, and no generator arrangement. I got bitten by mosquitoes, and the worst part was that no senior staff member was available. They should at least have an inverter to prevent a blackout. A really bad experience.

In summer, being stuck in a closed room during a blackout that lasts for hours is awful. There’s no proper generator arrangement here. Worst experience.

The hotel has a 24-hour front desk, room service, a coffee shop, a restaurant, and parking if you’re driving. Rooms include air conditioning, a refrigerator, and internet access. The hotel itself is described as a romantic place to stay in Jammu City. It’s close to Bawey Wali Mata Temple (1.5 mi) and Central University of Jammu (2.7 mi). Vaishno Devi Mandir, Ranbireshwar Temple, and Bagh-e-Bahu are also within walking distance. For Asian food, Pirates Of Grill, Imperial Grill Restaurant, and Rajan Restaurant are popular with locals and visitors. A stay here is a way to experience what Jammu City has to offer.
