OYO 18872 Hotel Azad

I booked through Goibibo and found the place decent. The kitchen is the best part: you can ask for whatever food you want and they’ll arrange it. The service boys were polite and quick. The TV sometimes didn’t work, and the phone was a little tricky to use. A good budget stay.

The owner and staff are very friendly, but the food isn’t good. We stayed from 2ndApril to 8th april and the accommodation was good overall. The ground floor has two good family rooms, and the rooms on the 1st Floor and 2nd floor are good too. The 3rd floor rooms aren’t good. Friends, make sure to confirm the specific rooms before booking, because they don’t keep their commitment when you arrive.

We were a family of four staying in a double bed room in this hotel at the end of April. The room was much too small, and the washroom was dirty and smelly. There was a dirty smell coming from every room, which made the stay very difficult. We had booked three nights but checked out after just one. The hotel still hasn’t refunded the money for the other two nights. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We stayed for two nights and had a terrible experience. The room hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived, and it smelled like someone had just smoked a cigarette in it. The bathroom was dirty, there was no water available, and the taps were broken. The kitchen was awful, the food had no taste at all, and there were very few staff. Don’t book here.
