OYO 26156 Comfort Inn

The room had a rotten rat smell throughout, and it was dirty. The sheets were smelly, dirty, and had holes. The toilets were unhygienic, and they didn't provide hot water or other bathroom toiletries. Worst experience ever.

I paid online for a room through OYO, but when I arrived they said the hotel was full. I suspect that was just an excuse. I had to find somewhere else to stay on my own, with no help from anyone. I eventually found accommodation, but OYO neither paid for it nor returned my money. I spent over five hours trying to resolve the problem, and got nowhere. Trust the negative reviews.

They only let me check in after I paid extra, because they said Oyo's tariff was too low and refused to honor my booking. If that was the case, I don't know why they use Oyo. My booking included breakfast, but they didn't honor that either. The room was too small for the price, and Oyo didn't bother with my complaint. I had no choice but to pay the extra amount they demanded. My experience with these guys was very bad.

If you're short on money or have no other choice, you could stay a day or two at most. I didn't like any of the rooms available, and the food, tea, or coffee I had here was very poor. I'd have enjoyed eating out at a local restaurant or cafe more. Worst experience.
