My child enjoyed the food a lot, especially the authentic North Indian flavors, and I found it really tasty too. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was good, and the hotel has modern amenities. Markets are close by, as is Raghunath temples. We had a very nice trip, and I’d recommend the hotel to friends and family visiting Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir, India.

I was there for just one night, but really enjoyed the stay. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable, and both the reasonable price and quick, amazing service made it a great experience.

We arrived early in the morning, and the staff were extremely nice and cooperative. The room was cold because construction was going on and it had no natural light. There wasn’t a heater or blower, but they did bring extra blankets when we asked, which I appreciated. Food service was good and the price was reasonable too.

One night here was a terrible experience. There was no water in the morning, the TV had no signal, and the WiFi was extremely slow. They also charged extra for heating arrangements, and the bed wasn’t long enough.

The staff behaved irresponsibly, and management took no responsibility when I complained. The beds weren’t clean, there was no water at night, and there was still no water for a bath in the morning.
