The rooms and bathrooms were untidy, and there were cockroaches. After I complained, they moved me to another room, then gave my previous room to another family. I wasn’t satisfied with the staff, and this was a very bad experience.

It’s close to the railway station, so it works for a night or two. The place is okay for the location, just don’t expect anything particularly classy.

The atmosphere here is friendly and calm, the food is amazing, and room service is excellent. Best hotel in jammu.

The bedroom was filthy, with stained sheets, dust all over, and a foul smell that made it hard to breathe. The furniture looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or cared for in years, and the toilet was disgusting, smelly, and clearly not cleaned properly. The whole place felt neglected and run-down, and the dull, unwelcoming atmosphere started as soon as I walked in. I couldn’t wait to leave. One of the worst stays I’ve had, with nothing to redeem it. It’s not worth the time or money, and I’d avoid Hotel Satyam.
