Rohit was especially friendly and attentive, and the staff were outstanding. The hotel is extremely close to Jammu Railway Station, so it’s very convenient for travelers. Highly recommended!

A terrible hotel. The rooms and bedding were filthy, and both the rooms and washrooms smelled. The TVs didn’t work, housekeeping wasn’t daily, and we had to call reception multiple times for service. The staff were very rude.

The location is fantastic and the ambience is a little good, but service is pathetic. They don’t even put water in the rooms. You’d get better facilities at the nearby lodges.

The rooms were well maintained, there was plenty of space in the toilets, and the service was good. It’s in a prominent location. The only drawback is there’s no lift.

The location was a prime area, with transport and nearby facilities easy to reach. I stayed for 4 days and really loved it. The room felt luxurious yet affordable, and it was neat and clean, including the bathroom. I felt very safe, and the staff were extremely helpful and polite. It was a truly amazing stay, and I highly recommend it to everyone!1♥️
