Roopa Shetty Madam’s personal warmth made the long stay feel friendly and cared for, more like living in a home than just renting a place. The balcony looks out over a lovely valley, and the calm setting was a pleasure every day. There was plenty of space to settle in: roomy, clean bedrooms with effective AC, a large hall for dining or relaxing, and a practical, tidy kitchen. The property was well looked after and had the essentials I needed. It was a comfortable, peaceful stay in Manipal, and one of the best places I’ve found for a longer visit.

The balcony looks onto the forest, which was a lovely extra. Roopa Mam helped me find my way, and she dealt quickly with the questions and issues I had. I had a very nice stay.

I loved staying here. The location is good, the room had a nice view, and both the room and kitchen were clean and neat.

I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially for a family. There were lots of mosquitoes and a dirty smell, and I paid around 24000. For me, the room was worth only 2000 rupees.
