The rooms have A/C and match the pictures on the Makemytrip app, and the staff are really friendly. There's no restaurant, so you'll need to order from outside restaurants, with a menu available in the room. The only downside for me is that it's inside a housing colony. I'd avoid the first few floors, where neighboring houses can easily see into the rooms, and keep the curtains closed.

The helpful staff, especially housekeeping, were the only good part. After paying so much, rainy weather made it feel like living in a mangrove: with the AC off, moisture collected on the floor and surfaces, which could lead to fungal infections and allergies. The cost was 3 lakhs 10 thousand rupees without food or laundry, and even the aquaguard room was full of rats. During my 8 months there, I was completely unhappy. From outside it looks like a castle, but the rats were the scariest part, more of them than people. At 5:30 am, while I was alone in my room, I heard what sounded like knocking and found a rat crawling over the balcony glass door. I'm planning to leave, so don't choose this hostel/hotel room!

It's a service apartment with reasonable rates. The rooms were good and the AC worked well. There isn't a restaurant, but several good ones nearby deliver to the room. The bathrooms are small, room maintenance is poor, and our wardrobe didn't have a door. Service was very poor too, so bring water bottles, especially at night. The common balcony is a bad idea. Make sure the curtains are drawn properly and the glass door is locked.

The rooms are spacious and the service is good. There's no room service that I tried. Each room opens onto a common balcony, so draw the curtains carefully for privacy. Check that the towels are clean. The room comes with two 500 mla water bottles, and extra water costs a nominal charge.
