For a business trip, the location near the workplace is convenient, and the rooms are spacious, tidy, and well maintained. The staff were cooperative, and aside from a few service problems, the stay was satisfactory. The breakfast comes from an outside source and was often cold. During my five-day stay, housekeeping also missed cleaning the room for three days in a row. Management should make sure breakfast is served hot and room cleaning happens consistently.

The washroom jet spray needs improvement, but the staff made this a wonderful stay. Every team member was polite, helpful, and caring. Their dedication came through in each interaction, and they went out of their way to make guests comfortable. The property is great, and the kind team made it one of my best experiences.

The room was dirty, with dust, stained sheets, dirty floors, and an unclean washroom. Even after repeated requests, housekeeping didn’t clean it properly, and the property felt neglected and unhygienic. Staff were rude from check-in onward, dismissing basic questions and making every interaction feel like an argument. Services shown online or promised at booking didn’t come through: there was no proper room service, housekeeping wasn’t timely, reception offered no support, and staff showed little responsibility. The billing was another serious problem. I was charged for services I never used, and when I raised the incorrect, inflated bill, staff argued instead of checking or correcting it. There was no transparency or accountability. The whole stay was frustrating, and the service fell below basic standards. For what they charge, the value was absolutely zero. It wasted my time, money, and peace of mind. I would advise people to look elsewhere and avoid this place.

The stay was comfortable apart from two issues. Hot water was inconsistent, and with the weather overcast outside, having to shower in cold water was very inconvenient. Also, there aren’t any restaurants within 3 km of the hotel.
