The room and inside of the hotel were really good, even though the building didn’t look inviting from outside. I’d only ended up here because my other hotel cancelled on us. The food service needs a lot of attention, and having their own kitchen would be better. It’s also near the back side of Ram Mandir.

The guest house was in a congested area, and the bathroom was so tiny it was hard to use comfortably. Inside, the room felt cramped with barely enough space to move, let alone relax, and it was much smaller than the bright, spacious pictures online suggested. A musty smell filled the room, with no ventilation to clear it, and the place didn’t feel properly cleaned or hygienic. It was advertised as close to the Mandir with clean, spacious rooms, but what we found was far from that. I felt misled, and the stay wasn’t worth the price or inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere comfortable.

I didn’t feel comfortable staying here. We paid for a better room but were given one facing the bush, and the guest house was hard to find. They couldn’t speak English at all. They also sent a taxi driver who charged us thousands more after choosing to wait, even though we hadn’t asked him to. It felt like we were being robbed in such a holy place.

The room was awful, with a broken remote, and the dosa we paid Rs 160 for was stale. They charged us Rs 2000 for a stay of one and a half days, but after we’d stayed one night, he said it was only for one day and refused to check the recording when we asked. He told us to leave, then they started abusing and fighting with us. One of the two brothers was bad-mouthing us, and they could have hit us. They keep three registers. My dad said we’d call the police, but we should have filed a complaint against the brothers and owner. It felt like fraud and a scam.

The bathroom was tiny, filthy, had no ventilation, a broken sheet, and smelled like a Sulabh Sauchalaya bathroom. The rooms were very dirty too. This felt like a lodge, not a hotel, and the railway station is cleaner than this place. It was a terrible experience, and the owner should close the property if he can’t manage it.
