The rooms are nice and the food quality was very good. Staff were super supportive and the hospitality was great. The one drawback was that there was no heater in the room. Still, it’s a very good budget stay.

The location worked perfectly for me, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with the amenities I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. I recently had a wonderful stay at the paal hotel.

Amit bhai at reception was especially caring and looked after everything, making guests feel like family. The room was spacious and clean, the food tasty, and all the services excellent. I’d suggest giving Hotel The Paal Shimla a try.

We went to Mall road on our first day in shimla and got back later than dinner time. We were worried the food would be cold when we reached, but they kept it for us and served it hot, even though the scheduled dinner time had passed. Excellent customer service. Would recommend 11/10.

Mr Amit, Mr. Devraj and Mr Ajay looked after us really well and helped arrange my brother’s anniversary. I fully recommend enjoying your holidays with their hospitality at The Paal.
