I stayed at East Bourne Resort & Spa, Shimla in June 2022, shortly after Covid travel restrictions eased. The sunrise over the hills from my room was a highlight, and the deodars and fresh mountain air made the resort feel peaceful after so long with limited travel. I also enjoyed the Indian food at the restaurant. The indoor pool and spa were well kept and relaxing, and most of my interactions with staff felt warm and reassuring during that cautious post-Covid time.

My sister/friend got the birthday celebration she wished for at Aarambh's 2nd Birthday. The banquet felt festive, and it was lovely to share the happy occasion and make memories together.

We went as a family, and the food was one of the things we especially enjoyed. The rooms were clean, service was warm and on time, and customer care was immaculate. We had an amazing experience at welcome. I'd recommend it, especially to anyone travelling from overseas.
