Anaya Beacon Hotel

The location made getting around the city easy, and the hotel was simple to find and reach. It worked well for my trip, whether for travel or business. My room was tidy and had the basics I needed, with a quiet, pleasant atmosphere for a short stay or overnight stop. Staff were polite and service was decent. A convenient, dependable place for a hassle-free visit. 🙂📍

The food was delicious, and the staff made us feel welcome. Our stay was great, the rooms were neat and clean, and I'd definitely come back.

After my stay, manager Mr. Navneet called to apologize and said it wouldn't happen again. I appreciate him taking the initiative, so I've raised my rating from 2 to 3 stars and will give the hotel another chance. I booked four nights because our previous visit had gone really well, which made this stay all the more disappointing. The hotel was short-staffed, some staff were rude and unprofessional, help was sometimes unavailable late at night, and service was slow. A few people did go out of their way to help us, including housekeeping, Govind, the young guy in the kitchen, another staff member, and the security guard. I had a mixed experience and was sad to rate it 2 stars before the manager followed up.

The rooms were spacious and the food was good. I found the staff humble, helpful, and very good. The bathrooms could use better cleaning, though. With its convenient location, I'd say it's a great place for a family stay.
