We had a fantastic weekend at the [ROSEE WOOD] and can’t wait to return for a longer visit. The complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious, with lots of fresh choices each morning, and the location made sightseeing easy, with major attractions within walking distance. We were on the [floor 3]; our room was spotless and spacious, with a comfortable bed and quality toiletries in the bathroom. The front desk staff were welcoming and accommodating from check-in. Wi-Fi was spotty, but that was a small issue alongside an otherwise exceptional stay.

It’s in a main area, but the rooms had dust and insects, and there was no maintenance. We had trouble with the key every time and someone from reception had to come open it. I’d rate the place 3 stars overall.

The service and staff were very poor, and the manager was also quite rude. They only cleaned the room at 6pm. The AC didn’t work, and the fan regulator was broken. Worst experience at this hotel.
