I checked in at 1 am and was asked to pay for the whole day. I was willing to pay, but when I checked out, I realized I was being charged for two days' rent. I paid that amount. The way I was treated at check-in was bad.

I've been staying here for four days, and breakfast only arrives after I remind the staff each day. The TV in my room hasn't worked the whole time, even though I've reported it repeatedly. Nobody has listened. The service needs to be fixed.

A bad environment for families or anyone, and the hotel is overpriced with extra charges for everything.

I spent four nights in the dormitory, and the room wasn't cleaned once. Water was leaking in several places, the bathroom was in very bad shape, and staff didn't seem to understand or respond to our concerns. There was no canteen, which was inconvenient. I'm very disappointed with both the service and the property condition, and hope this feedback is taken seriously. I also waited two hours for someone to come for the pri peyment billing, which was very bad.

The staff were rude, especially the manager, and the service was poor. We didn't have proper drinking water. This was the worst hotel I've ever seen. Don't book it.
