Hotel Joy made my stay enjoyable through its service. The staff were friendly and professional from check-in to check-out, anticipated what I needed, and sorted out any problems quickly. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch service.

The rooms are tiny, but enough for one person. The Lady Receptionist is rude and a fraud, charging double for food and not refunding the extra if you notice it only after paying the bill. Check the bill details carefully. Totally unprofessional and doesn't know how to speak to customers.

The food tastes great, though it costs a little more. I do wish they offered desi dishes like rajma rice and chole rice too. What really made the stay was the staff. The room cleaning team was quick and efficient, and kept the rooms and hotel areas clean. The kitchen staff and chefs were just as supportive, and everyone was kind, down to earth, and ready to help with a smile. The managers and supervisors listened to problems and tried to sort them out quickly. The hotel itself is a good place for families, solo travellers, or groups of friends, and cleanliness is consistently maintained.

I booked around 7-8 rooms, but we received no service. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. Their rules said outside food was allowed, yet they refused it at the last moment after our guests had arrived. We had to ask several times for the complimentary water bottles, and even when we offered to pay, they were delayed. Our guests had not checked out yet, but the receptionist kept calling for the balance, which we would have paid at checkout anyway. It was embarrassing in front of our guests. This was the first time I had experienced such unprofessional hotel management, and I would never recommend this hotel.
