My experience was really bad. We paid for an AC room, but the AC caused so much disturbance. The service wasn’t good at all. Please avoid staying here.

The Wi-Fi worked well, and my room was clean with a comfortable bed and good amenities. The staff were welcoming, check-in went smoothly, and they offered local suggestions. Hotel Saffron is only a few minutes’ walk from the Golden Temple, which made sightseeing convenient. I enjoyed my stay and would come back, though a few small improvements could make it even better.

The owners are around to guide guests and offer help, and the staff were very helpful. It’s a short walk from the Golden Temple and feels like good value for the money. What guests remember is the warmth and care, not only the amenities or efficient service. Best hotel in Amritsar.
