I especially appreciated the way the hotel is managed. Mr. Vishwa Mittar paid close attention to guest satisfaction and helped make the atmosphere welcoming and relaxing. The rest of the team were courteous and professional, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Thanks to everyone for a pleasant stay. I’d happily recommend the hotel and hope to return.

Our first hotel near Golden temple wasn’t great, so while we were in Amritsar for our honeymoon, we went looking for a better option. We met Vishwa at Fern, and he welcomed us and showed us the rooms. He, Monica, and Deepika arranged a complimentary upgrade, then moved us up again the next day. They also set up a lovely honeymoon arrangement in our room at a reasonable price and took care of all our requests. It was the best experience we’ve had in Amritsar. The hotel was also clean, with spacious rooms, a great road view, excellent service, a generous breakfast spread, and the best prices.

The food was delicious, and cleaning and other services were superb. The staff behaved decently and showed us a lot of respect and cooperation. The food was delicious, and the food staff were good. The room looked fantastic, but the AC problem made it unbearably hot. After I told them several times about the heat, they moved me to a smaller room. It was still better than the first one.
