The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the location was great and peaceful. Our room had fantastic views, and the rooftop terrace was breezy and lovely in the evening. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, though it could use some paint and touch-ups. Breakfast was depressing, both the room and the food, but there are great cafes within walking distance, including Subko, Araku, and Kitchen Garden.

The staff made us feel at home, especially Mr Vishal and Mr Narinder sir, who always greeted us with a smile and helped with everything. Everyone was warm, polite, and professional. The food was excellent, and breakfast had a very nice spread. Hotel Godwin is neat and clean, with spacious, affordable rooms and easy access to nearby places in the heart of Mumbai. We had an amazing, comfortable stay away from home.

We were very happy with the service and would gladly return and recommend the hotel to friends. The front office team, Narendar Singh, Kiran n team, were efficient and helpful, and all the staff were polite. Breakfast had good variety and excellent service, while the rooftop restaurant served excellent food at reasonable prices. The location is great, within walking distance of Colaba shops, restaurants, and sightseeing. Puran Singh Hazara

The people at godwin hotel were so kind and ready to help with whatever I needed. They even helped book plane tickets when I was having trouble. The rooms were great, the location near the gateway was perfect, and breakfast had a good range of Indian food. Such a warm welcome at a fair price. Thank you, I'd recommend it wholeheartedly.

The rooms show some wear, but while we were there it was clear that people were actively working to modernize and improve them. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the great service made for a comfortable, pleasant stay.
