Hotel O Dream Inn

At Dream Inn, even basic concerns were met with indifference, and the customer service felt unprofessional and discourteous. My stay left a bad impression, and I wouldn't recommend it. The hotel needs better staff training and management involvement. Housekeeping skipped my room several times even though the clean room sign was up. When I raised it at the front desk, they were no help and offered no solution. Room service requests were ignored or took hours, and when the food finally came it was incomplete. The staff member was rude and dismissive when I mentioned that. Check-in was also very slow and disorganized. The front desk seemed uninterested and didn't explain what amenities or services were available.

The rooms are tiny, so it doesn't seem suitable for a family. There's only a bed, a plastic table, and a wall mirror. No windows, lots of mosquitoes, the TV didn't work, and the bathroom door wouldn't lock properly. It's a totally congested hotel and not good. They don't accept OYO bookings. If you've booked through OYO, they'll give excuses and refuse you.

After my online booking was confirmed, they told me the hotel had no rooms left. I've never seen such a bad hotel. I hated this OYO experience 😏😌.

Worst hotel. They don't accept online bookings and ask for money even when you've already paid online.
