Both rooms we booked had no running water at all. After a long journey, we couldn't shower, wash our hands, or use the bathroom properly. The rooms were filthy too, with damp, fungus covered walls, sticky floors, and beds that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. It felt unsafe even to breathe in there. When we asked the staff for help, they seemed confused and just shrugged. They had no idea what to do, and gave us no solution, alternative, or even a simple apology. Walking in was a disaster from the start. This so-called hotel was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. It shouldn't be allowed to call itself a hotel. Never book it. It ruined our trip, and I wouldn't wish this on anyone.
