The staff’s response to complaints was arrogant and dismissive, with no real attempt to sort anything out. The room itself was dirty and badly maintained, and the leaking roof made it very uncomfortable. We had booked a non-smoking room, but it smelled strongly of cigarettes, which felt unacceptable and unhealthy. The breakfast included in our booking never arrived. There was no food arrangement or hot water either, despite the restaurant and other amenities being listed when we booked. The listing felt misleading, and the hotel fell badly short on hygiene, service, and professionalism. This was one of my worst hotel stays. It wasn’t worth the money or stress, and I’d advise others to avoid it.

The room was filthy and falling apart. There were stains on the floor, rug, and chairs, torn sheets and sitting carpet, and a visibly dirty comforter. In the bathroom, the taps and hangers were rusty, the water heater was broken, and the tumblers and buckets were dirty and broken. We asked to change rooms so we could get hot water, but were turned down. At 9 pm we asked staff for a bucket of hot water, then waited over two hours before giving up and going to sleep without washing up. The broken electrical sockets also made the place feel dangerous. Staff were rude and neglectful throughout. My one-night stay at Hotel Ozaki felt like a nightmare of neglect. Dirty, broken, and cold. There are plenty of other places at reasonable prices that offer proper cleanliness and breakfast, unlike Ozaki. I have plenty more unpleasant things I could mention, but this is enough to say I wouldn’t choose to stay here. Be careful of the rude staff too.

We paid for breakfast, but even though we had been waiting since 8 am, they never served us the buffet. There was no hospitality from the manager or staff. The room cost me 3400/-, though it felt worth only 400-500/-. The photos looked nothing like the actual place. This was my worst experience in Jaisalmer, and I recommend not visiting.

The service was very poor, and the room was filthy. There were blood stains on the sheets and the pillow covers were dirty. It looked like a previous guest may have peed on the bed, and they hadn’t even changed the mattress. The shower bucket they gave us was so dirty I’d never want to touch it again. It seems cleanliness is a crime at this hotel.

We booked through booking.com and paid in advance, but the hotel had no electricity or warm water. The receptionist kept promising it would be fixed in five minutes. After two hours with nothing resolved, we asked for a refund since we had barely used the awful room. The receptionist behaved very unprofessionally and started abusing us. We left without our money back and booked a much better hotel nearby.
