A piece of clothing went missing from my room, and when I reported it, nobody took responsibility. There was no apology or solution, just silence and avoidance. The staff were rude, and management seemed to have no control or accountability. The bathroom door wouldn't lock from inside, which felt like a serious privacy and safety problem, and even basic things like towels weren't provided. The owner seemed arrogant and uninterested in guest concerns. Service was slow, careless, and unresponsive, with no sense of hospitality. The hotel is far from the main area and inconvenient. This was one of my worst stays. If you care about your time, money, and belongings, I'd strongly recommend avoiding this place.

I stayed here last night. The room was neat and clean, and the staff behaved very well.

Food delivery takes far too long. Most times I've had to cancel because I ran out of time waiting. Please improve the service, I highly recommend it.
8/10
The baby corn was really good, and the food overall was good. Staff were very cooperative. Breakfast starts after 8:30, but if you need it earlier, just ask them 30 minutes ahead. Some rooms have small bathrooms. They changed my room when I asked. Cleanliness was okay overall, although the mug and bucket in my first room weren't clean. Overall, it was a good experience.

Everything else was good, though someone accidentally knocked on our door at night and disturbed us, waking the baby. The rooms were clean, the staff were helpful, and the owner behaved well.
