OYO 3511 Crystal Studio

The staff were decent, but the service wasn't professional and it didn't feel worth the money. My room was tiny, had no windows, smelled bad, felt suffocating, and wasn't cleaned properly. TV channels weren't active because the hoteliers hadn't paid the bills. It's in a busy market, about a 10-15 minute walk from Jubilee Park/Zoo.

I booked through Oyo for Rs.959, but they asked for another 300 at check-in. If they see you're a couple, they ask whether you're staying as a couple or with friends, then charge extra at the hotel. The bathroom jet washer was broken. This is my honest review.

I was refused check-in because I had booked through OYO, and they demanded extra money to let me in. Even OYO staff couldn't sort it out. After visiting, I heard locals use this hotel for hourly bookings, if you know what I mean, and I witnessed it. I also heard police raids happen frequently, so there may be a chance of getting caught up in one. I'd ask other seekers to avoid booking here. It's one of the worst hotels in Jamshedpur.

We were given a ground-floor room that was completely damp, with no window or balcony. We had booked two days but left after just one because of the room's condition. It was a terrible experience. Don't choose this hotel.
