Hotel 180 Degree

Great hospitality from all the staff. A superb hotel for couples, friends, or families.

The location was convenient, and the staff were polite and helpful. My room was clean and well maintained, though the food was average. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it.

The worst part of my stay was the staff's attitude. At checkout, my father asked someone to help the driver put our luggage on the car's carrier while I was at the billing counter. He agreed with a grumpy face, then walked away without helping. Throughout the stay, we had to remind staff two or three times about every service, and they seemed careless. I can bear delays or service mistakes, but not rude behavior. I checked in at 8 pm and the rooms still weren't ready. After getting in, I also had to ask for basics they hadn't provided, including bathroom soap, a towel, and a water bottle. The rooms were clean and seemed newly built. Please train the staff properly.

The hotel rooms are neat and clean, and the staff behave well.
