Oyo 23218 Hotel Laxmi Vridhi

I was in Raipur on an official trip and stayed at Hotel MM Prestige from 12th April to 15th April. The stay went smoothly, and the hotel felt neat and clean throughout. The staff were welcoming, cooperative, and very polite. My room was comfortable, well maintained, and had good amenities. I found it good value for money, and it could suit business visitors, solo travelers, couples, or families. I’d recommend it.

The location near Ramakrishna CARE Hospitals was especially useful, with the market and transport also easy to reach. That makes MM Prestige a handy choice for a medical visit, family trip, or business travel. The hotel was peaceful and clean during our visit, and my wife was happy with the atmosphere. We stayed for 3 days this time, after I’d spent 4 days here earlier and had a satisfying experience. The rooms were spacious and tidy, with modern amenities, a comfortable bed, and good room service. Staff greeted us warmly and responded quickly. It’s become my preferred place to stay in Raipur, and I’d recommend it.

Leaving the basement parking was a bad experience: the shutter was too low, and my vehicle’s roof got scratched because there wasn’t enough clearance or proper guidance. Staff were rude and unhelpful, and took no responsibility for the damage. Completely unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend Hotel MM Prestige.

The room was clean and well looked after, and service was prompt throughout, so the stay felt easy. There’s plenty of parking in the basement, and the location is convenient. I’d happily stay here again.
