I stayed here four days ago, and the room hadn't been cleaned properly. Room service was completely neglected. It used to be one of the best, but these days it needs to upgrade itself.

We spent two nights and three days here, and the room cleaning and behavior were both awful. They had promised complimentary tea, but we didn't get even one cup during the whole stay. The worst hotel in Jeypore. Any SBIAN, please don't choose apsara hotel.

Really good service if you're traveling alone, but I wouldn't choose it for a family.

The dining area was absolutely dirty, and the rooms were badly maintained. Housekeeping was pathetic, and even using the bathroom was extremely difficult. I would never recommend staying here. A firm no to this hotel.

The location is quite tucked away, but there's good parking. The service is good overall, and the environment is nice. My kids love it when we visit the restaurant and play as much as they like. The washrooms are clean too.
