We found the ambience calm, clean, and well kept, with a comfortable place to sit without feeling rushed or crowded. The food was fresh, nicely presented, and cooked well; everything we ordered tasted balanced and satisfying. Service was decent and the staff polite. JD Heavens worked well for a casual meal or a small get-together, and for quality time with friends or family. Worth a visit around Jhajjar.

Manish and Rubeena were especially helpful, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and properly arranged, making for a relaxing, hassle-free visit. My stay at JD Heaven Hotel was comfortable, and the welcoming atmosphere was there from the moment I arrived. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with friendly staff. I’ll visit again! 😊

Food was awesome. I stayed one night and didn’t expect services like this in a tier-3 city. Best hotel in Jhajjar. Salute to the owner for thinking of setting up such a good hotel. If you’re reading this, thanks a lot for making JD Heavens.

The food was good, but the restaurant manager made the stopover such a bad experience that, for the first time in my life, I left without tipping. The restaurant was completely empty, yet he seemed offended when we wanted to sit on the couches. When I pointed out that the place was empty, he argued, then said in an irritated voice that we could sit there if we wanted. I told him he was being disrespectful, and he raised his voice and blamed me for using the wrong words, nearly daring me to argue further. At one point things got so bad I thought he might ask me to leave. At a 3-star hotel, I expected staff to speak respectfully.
