Hyatt Place Pune/Hinjawadi

The food and staff were the best parts of our stay at Hyatt Place Hinjewadi. Breakfast and dinner had lots of fresh choices, and the menu changed each day. The team was warm and quick, and the hotel had a relaxed, classy feel. Our rooms were roomy, clean, and neat too, and I liked the views. Getting there was rough, though. We were a group of several people with seven rooms, arriving after a tiring Coimbatore to Pune flight. The airport pickup was arranged well despite our 10:00 PM landing, but we still waited more than half an hour. We checked in at 11:30 PM, after the kitchen had closed, so there was no food available. My room also had no internet and weak cellular reception until close to midnight. Some other problems made the stay feel uneven. Events meant guests couldn't use the pool, and the loud DJ disturbed our sleep. Cigarette smoke from other guests' bathrooms came into my non-smoking room through the central AC. The shuttle vehicles were also about 30 minutes late each time. I'd like to come back for the food, views, and staff, but I hope management sorts out the coordination and maintenance issues.

The staff, ambience, and service all made for a really good stay at Hyatt Hinjewadi. Vaibhav (Trainee) and Gaurav were especially courteous and attentive, and were always ready to help with a smile. Their positive, professional approach made everything easy and enjoyable. The property was clean and well cared for, and the hospitality was excellent. Thanks to the whole team for making the visit memorable. I'd gladly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Hinjewadi for work or a getaway.

The buffet meals had plenty to choose from and tasted great, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We spent two days at this lovely property and enjoyed it. Our room was comfortable and spacious, and the place was neat and tidy.

Gaurav at reception and Khushiyal from housekeeping deserve a special mention for going the extra mile. The service was strong across the board, from the guards and valet team to reception, the restaurant, and housekeeping. Everyone was welcoming and professional. I also liked the food, which had good quality and variety. The rooms felt modern and thoughtfully laid out, with the essentials well stocked. For a comfortable, easy stay in Hinjewadi with great hospitality, I'd recommend it.
