The rooms were good, but I had a bad experience with the bathroom. There was no hot water, and the flush wasn't working either.

The service was pathetic. The bathroom wasn't good, the telephone didn't work, and the tea kettle was broken with nothing there to make tea in it. In a large room for four people, they left only one towel. I complained about all of this three times. They came and cleaned the bathroom, but never repaired the telephone.

The location was very good, and my room was always clean. The food was too good, and kuldeep and Nishant did very good work. I had a pleasant stay and hope to visit Lucknow again so I can check into this hotel.

I booked through Goibibo, but when I arrived the hotel said it was full. They wasted six precious hours of my time. This is the worst hotel I've ever seen. I don't recommend going there.

Don't book this hotel if you want to enjoy your stay in jhansi. There's no connectivity or food service, and the employees are rustic. Neither the hotel nor Goibibo, OYO, or others offered any help. The worst hotel.
