I had a very bad experience at hotel vidhata. There was no cleanliness, the AC wasn’t working properly, and they didn’t provide any toiletries.

The atmosphere was beautiful, the room was very hygienic, and the service was great.

The manager was rude and ignorant, and wouldn’t let people stay even with a marriage certificate and valid IDs. He seemed to know nothing about the law and would argue with you. The staff weren’t helpful either. A third-class hotel, with very small, dirty rooms.

The owner was nice to deal with, but the room had mosquitoes and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. There was no TV or Wi-Fi connection, and the bathroom had no bucket for bathing. The washbasin was dirty too.

It’s an average place. The location is good, near the railway station, and the price is good too. The room rate seems reasonable for what it costs.
