Think about the driver before staying overnight here. There are no restrooms or other facilities for drivers, so where is the driver supposed to go if they need to use the restroom in an emergency? Ask about this before booking a room. The reception staff at Hotel Sarovar Jhansi are absolutely terrible and don’t know how to communicate. There are no facilities or services, and whoever you speak to gives contradictory information. The service is awful, the whole experience was completely unsatisfactory, and the place is utter rubbish. Anyone planning to book should check the service first and then decide.

The location is a big plus, and the neat, comfortable rooms and friendly, cooperative staff made for a very pleasant stay. Excellent service for the price. Highly recommended.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the hotel had a pleasant ambience. From check-in on, the Front Office team at Nataraj Sarovar Portico was welcoming, polite and professional. They handled everything smoothly and were ready to help with a smile. Their courteous hospitality made my stay memorable. I’d definitely recommend it and look forward to returning.

The service was quite slow, but the food and everything else was nice. The rooms were hygienic and comfy, some of the best I’ve seen. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever visited.

We had a corporate colleague meet here with more than 50 people, and the whole stay was a pleasure. Everyone enjoyed the delicious food at breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the food quality was great throughout.
