The room was good and the food was tasty, but the bedsheet needs to be cleaned. There was an insect in my tea twice, though I only reported it once. The evening staff were uncooperative and rude, and wouldn’t provide a dish and spoon. Those problems spoiled my whole mood.

They charge a lot, but there’s no room service. The owner wasn’t good either, and they don’t take customers’ bags when they arrive. There’s no ventilation, and the lift was broken.

The charges are very high, but the room wasn’t clean. The staff’s behavior was poor, and the hotel washroom was very dirty and unhygienic.

We had a birthday gathering for about 25 people in the first-floor banquet hall, and it was pretty good. The AC worked well, with enough fans and lights. The food was very good, and the attentive, courteous staff served the buffet hot and on time. It was ₹450 per plate. I’ll give them business again.

The location in burhanpur is good, and the rooms and service felt nice and cozy. The staff were very good and well behaved. The walls could use a little attention to the paint, but otherwise it’s a good place to stay.
