I had a very disappointing stay. The rooms were dirty and smelled bad, and it was clear they hadn’t been cleaned properly. The bathroom was unhygienic, and there were lots of mosquitoes in the room, making things even more uncomfortable. Basic hygiene, maintenance, and pest control seem to be neglected. The dormitory was worse, neglected and poorly maintained, and not fit for guests. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend staying here. The property needs better management and proper cleaning standards. If it can’t be maintained, why run it as a business at all?

The outside looks nice, but the rooms and washroom are ugly and smell bad. The rooms are very poor.

The hotel team is very helpful, and the rooms are good and clean. There’s drinking water, both regular and chilled, hot water in the washrooms, and AC rooms at reasonable prices. If you’re travelling with elderly people, ask for a ground-floor room because there’s no lift.
