I called the property manager before arriving at The 36 Inn. They confirmed that my booking was valid and assured me there'd be no problem, but when I got there they refused check-in over a supposed “previous payment issue with OYO.” My booking was already confirmed, so this was shocking. Instead of honoring it, staff offered a room only if I paid ₹2500 per day separately. That felt exploitative and was unacceptable. Customers shouldn't be penalized for a dispute between OYO and the hotel. Why allow bookings if the property won't honor them? This showed a complete lack of professionalism and reliability. I'd strongly advise travelers to avoid the property and spare themselves the stress and unfair treatment.

The rooms were very clean and it's a good place to stay. The only downside is that they don't provide food, so we had to get it from outside. Zomato and Swiggy may be available.

There's lush greenery around this newly built hotel, and the building quality is good. It's right by the National Highway near Endada jn., Visakhapatnam. There's no parking, though, so even two-wheelers have to be left outside.

The staff and management were courteous, and room service responded quickly. We had no problems during our four-day stay. Rooms and washrooms were very clean, with all the necessary amenities. Good value for money.
