The chicken dum biryani was dry and well below even basic quality, which added to an already frustrating experience with the food department. When we asked to add another item to our room order, the delivery staff member rudely asked why we hadn’t ordered everything at once. That sort of response felt completely unprofessional. The bill was another problem. The room menu already had what seemed like high star hotel prices, but the final charge was ₹100–₹200 more per item, without anyone telling us when we ordered. When we questioned it, his boss was arrogant too, saying, “You have to pay, do whatever you want.” It felt disrespectful and like harassment. Between the poor food, unexplained price differences, and rude treatment, the stay was extremely frustrating. Management needs to address this behavior and improve the service.

The cupboards were too small for storing clothes, and the fridge was leaking water and not working. I complained but got no response. The manager was very rude and seemed not to know how to speak to customers.

The rooms felt dim, with yellow lighting and no white light, and the Wi-Fi signal was weak and very slow. Food quality wasn’t good either. They don’t provide purified drinking water, and I had health issues because of that. The gym is basically just one treadmill, and it wasn’t in good condition. The pools were dirty most of the time and didn’t seem to be cleaned often. Room service was poor too: the bedsheets weren’t changed and the washrooms weren’t cleaned.

The food was good, but the rooms weren’t clean. Poor upkeep also caused hygiene problems.
