They even arranged food from the hotel's kitchen late at night, which made things easy for us. We arrived around 10 PM after my previous hotel reservation was cancelled, and the team confirmed my last-minute booking quickly and took us in without hassle. I was pleasantly surprised to get a better room than I expected. The staff were friendly, courteous, and ready to help, and made sure we were comfortable from the moment we arrived. I really appreciated their warm hospitality, professionalism, and kindness. I'd highly recommend this welcoming, reliable place.

Breakfast was another frustrating part of the stay. Guests were left unattended in the restaurant, and I had to ask three times before I was served puri bhaji. It tasted good, but when I ordered aloo paratha, I found a long strand of human hair in it. I had booked for 19th of February 2026 and checked in that evening, in Room no 208. The reception welcome felt unprofessional and laid back. On the second floor there was a stench from an unmopped floor. We had to ask for basic amenities and water once in the room. The AC was missing vents, so the cool air couldn't be directed where needed. Mosquitoes woke me in the middle of the night, and I had a restless night.

The rooms are horrible, and service is very poor. Restaurant stewards seem least bothered about guests and just keep chatting, as if they were staying at a broth. Extremely horrible. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.

The food was delicious and the portions were good. We arrived around midnight, when places are usually shut, but Hotel Manager cum Owner Mr. Ketan Gandhi welcomed us warmly and courteously, took our order, and even offered complimentary papad. People should visit and enjoy the Veg-food. You'll love it.
