The tea was great, and the North Indian food we tried was good too. Staff were courteous and greeted us with a smile, though it wasn't a four-star-style welcome. Rates are much cheaper, and once the hotel is finished, I trust it could be one of the finest nearby for looks and infrastructure. The wardrobe in our room had no hanger rod, and the washroom had issues because the hotel is still being built. I didn't complain, hoping those problems would go away with time. A few things could be handled with some care, like clean foot mats, fixing leaking taps, and scrubbing the floors so they feel dust-free. This review is about the current state, not what it may be like permanently, and I'm not sure this is the right time to review it.

Food costs too much. The staff were polite and the room was clean, but the washroom was in poor shape. Water leaked from the tap and a broken pipe under the sink, leaving a puddle where mosquitoes gathered. I reported it, but it wasn't repaired. When I asked to move rooms, they politely ignored me. The towel was dirty, and soap and other toiletries weren't there at first. I got them only after complaining.

The food wasn't good, and the rooms felt too small for what they cost. Cleaning and service were poor, and the intercom didn't work. Goibibo showed ₹725 on my phone, but the hotel tablet showed ₹835 to pay. I don't understand what's going on with Goibibo.

I paid more than the amount shown on OYO, and OYO didn't help me resolve it. I especially wouldn't recommend this place for couples. Take my word for it, you could have a bad experience here. I hope God helps anyone who stays anyway.

My Goibibo booking was confirmed online, but the receptionist refused to let me check in, saying they don't accept online bookings. When I asked why rooms were listed online on Oyo, MTP, and Goibibo, the receptionist said they didn't know and still wouldn't let me check in. It's a fraud hotel. Never book here.
