The washroom had no water, and the flush didn't work. There wasn't a kettle in the room either. The bedsheets and pillows in the rooms I'd booked had already been used, and they didn't change them all day. Even after several complaints, nothing was fixed, and we had to stay there. Blinkit /zepto doesn't deliver to that location, so be aware. I had the worst experience. If you still want to go, it's at your own risk.
The bamboo-built hotel looks good and is in an easy-to-reach spot, right on the GT road or NH2, with wheelchair access. The food was quite good and delicious, though the presentation and quality could be improved. The staff were good too, but could do more to greet customers.
The staff were amazing, supportive, and polite. The baswari restaurant had good food and snacks, a nice ambience, and moderately priced menu items. During my stay, though, the WiFi and TV weren't operational. The room and bathroom were comparatively small, the taps first had no water and then only low pressure, and the towel wasn't up to par. Hope they take this positively. Thank you.
This family restaurant is made from bamboo sticks, and even the chairs are bamboo. It has small cottages for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with family. Service is fast, and the rates are reasonable. But the plates aren't washed well enough.
A good option for business meetings or a short stay when you're visiting Prayagraj.
